Editor Developer
We're looking for an experienced programmer to join the development of our award-winning editor. You will be working with Nicholas, our CCO, in making sure that everybody who uses Unity looks forward to booting up their computer and getting their games made.
Job Description
- Make tools for new core functionality
- Improve existing tools for scene building
- Improve and extend the API used by developers to add to the Unity Editor's functionality.
- Document the Editor APIs
Examples of tasks
- Make new controls for UnityGUI.
- Make a color gradient editor
- Implement vertex and face snapping in scene building tools
Qualifications
- You have written GUI code for shipping products.
- Fluent in C++ programming
- Understanding of 3D math
- Eye for detail
- A sense for what makes a UI nice
- Basic Photoshopping skills an advantage
- C# Proficiency an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years professional development experience
