Make a difference
When we develop technology, we make it to last. Unity is used by thousands and thousands of people.
This means that we don't do quick hacks - things are made to last. In short, at Unity you will make the best thing you will ever get the chance to do.
We make sure to have fun while developing cool stuff. This job is where we get to decide ourselves how it should be. We're doing what we can to make it a geek's dream.
Trampoline in the back yard, RC Helicopter (that crashed), projector rock-band playing 'till 3AM. If it's geeky and fun, we'll do it.
Amaze yourself
On Fridays, we ignore the schedule and work on something cool. Something that pushes our own tech - something that we can't defend from a business standpoint but that's just too great to not get done.
These projects don't need to be cleared - it's a place where we can just go with our gut feeling and try something out.
We don't know what it is - we don't know how it looks, but if it rocks, we'll ship it. Because, at the end of the day - who knows where the next killer idea will come from.
