David Helgason
CEO and co-founder
An entrepreneur, visionary, and ex-programmer, David's job is to lead the team to stardom, while making sure that each step is taken with love and care. In the past David founded and participated in startups in fields such as news & community integration, music distribution, and consulting. David serves on the boards of several games and technology startups.
Nicholas Francis
User Experience and co-founder
Nicholas has extensive production experience from the film industry and has written and directed seven movies, including the largest Danish independent movie production. He has a broad background with 5 years in the Danish film industry and 7 years of 3D-graphics programming experience.
Henrik Nielsen
CFO/COO
Henrik brings more than 18 years of business experience working with leading organizations in Europe, Asia and the USA. On top of his financial background, Henrik brings a very strong operational experience within all elements of sales and marketing. He holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School. When he is not working, Henrik enjoys to travel with his family and play a good round of golf.
Reza Malekzadeh
VP of Marketing (French)
Reza joined Unity Technologies from VMware where he spent almost 8 years in total in two experiences. He initially joined VMware as employee #10, fulfilling the role of Director of Marketing from 1998 to 2002. He later was responsible for Marketing in Europe from 2006 to 2009. In between those two periods, he led International at software start-up Akimbi Systems which was acquired by VMware in 2006. Before working at Akimbi, Reza co-founded Twingo Systems, which he successfully sold to Cisco Systems in 2004. When not working, Reza enjoys running, wine and food (after all, he is French).
Joachim Ante
CTO and co-founder
Joachim was the creator of Unity's core and still leads the development effort. In his spare time, Joe enjoys horseback riding, acrobatics, diving from bridges, and driving big cars.
Tony Garcia
Business Development
Tony Garcia is a seasoned 26 year industry veteran having held senior positions for such companies as Electronic Arts, LucasFilm Games, and Microsoft. In 1991, Tony founded the games division at Microsoft and grew it over a period of six years to establish the company as a major player in the videogame space. In 1998 Tony was the General Manager for Electronic Arts Seattle where he oversaw the development of such leading franchises as Need for Speed, FIFA Soccer, and Motor City Online. Tony has also been responsible for a string of successful startups and won a diverse set of industry awards for many of the products that he has been involved with.
Brett Seyler
VP of Strategy
Brett Seyler joins Unity Technologies as VP of Strategy. Brett spent 2008 and 2009 as General Manager of Torque at InstantAction where he oversaw all aspects of the business including operations, finance, product development, marketing and business development. Under his tenure, the business grew by more than 50% year-over-year, and the product itself advanced dramatically over previous versions.

Roelof Botha
Sequoia Capital
Roelof is a venture capitalist at Sequoia Capital focusing on services and software investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2003, Roelof served as the Chief Financial Officer of PayPal (EBAY). Earlier, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Roelof is a certified actuary (Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries), and has a BS in Actuarial Science, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Diane Greene
Director and Principal Investor
Diane Greene was the Founder, President and CEO of VMware, Inc. Under Diane's leadership, VMware created the market for mainstream virtualization and the resulting virtualization software industry. Greene has held technical leadership positions at Silicon Graphics, Sybase and Tandem and was CEO of VXtreme. Greene serves on the board of Intuit and is a member of the MIT Corporation.
