The Team License is an add-on product (you can add it to any Unity or Unity Pro license) that extends the editor with features that enable easy collaboration — both local and remote. Like everything else in Unity, it has been designed to combine power and simplicity.
Existing Asset Server 3.x customers upgrading to Unity 3.5 will receive full Team License functionality automatically. The Team License can also be easily added to any new or existing Unity license in our online store.
