Our aim with this beginner workshop is to introduce you to the core principles of 2D development in Unity. We will take you through the fundamental tools and workflows used to create a 2D platformer by guiding you through a number of learning cycles coupled with hands on development. A gaming project will be used as the example in this workshop, but the features and functions are applicable to all Unity projects.
This workshop is aimed at developers of a beginners level or those that are new to developing with Unity.
Developers of an intermediate level may benefit from the insight into the wide range of Unity features covered in this workshop, providing familiarity across disciplines.
