Premium Support provides access to a dedicated team of Unity experts. You can post your issues to this team using the Premium Support web portal. An engineer or artists will be assigned to help you and give you a rapid response. You can receive help and advice on all aspects of Unity. For code reviews, project optimisation and stability problems Premium Support can help arrange consultancy services. Premium Support does not handle bug submission. It can, however, help you work around bugs or identify that you have a bug.
Each month you can submit as many cases as you need to. The support team will help you up to a maximum number of hours per month.
Business hours are 10:00 GMT through to 23:59 GMT. Issues submitted outside of these hours will be treated as submitted at 10:00 GMT.
Support is provided in English only.
